All campaigns, proposals, and execution schedules are subject to separate contract frameworks which govern in the event of any operational conflict with these general Terms.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All elements, designs, text, scripts, graphics, logos, layouts, software codebases, and custom system architectures featured on busypixel.in are the exclusive intellectual property of BusyPixel or its licensors.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access our Site for informational purposes. You may not copy, scrape, reverse-engineer, redistribute, or utilize any trademarked or copyrighted assets without our express prior written authorization.

4. User Conduct

When communicating with BusyPixel or submitting project briefs through our portals, you agree to:

• Provide accurate identity information, business registration records, and campaign details.

• Avoid submitting fraudulent briefs, false inquiries, or unauthorized materials that violate third-party intellectual copyrights.

5. Payments & Invoices

Billing terms, campaign budgets, payment milestone timelines, and retainer contracts are defined inside individual project agreements.

Payments must be settled in full per the currency and schedules detailed in our invoices. In the event of payment delays or defaults, we reserve the right to suspend active campaign distribution, hold asset deliveries, and terminate operational licenses immediately.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable laws, BusyPixel and its officers, directors, and employees shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or organic traffic.

We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the performance or exact yield metrics of marketing campaigns, as influencer engagement rates and feed distribution algorithms are subject to third-party social media platform behaviors.

7. Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute arising from your access to busypixel.in shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of India, without reference to its conflict of laws principles. Any legal actions or proceedings shall be filed exclusively in the courts located in New Delhi, India.
